By using BLACK, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
How service is provided
BLACK connects customers with independent local detailers. Booking, pricing, scheduling, and communication run through us. Service is performed by an independent local detailer in your service area; equipment and vehicle setup may vary by provider.
Quotes and pricing
Instant pricing is based on the details you provide. Final pricing is confirmed before any work begins, once your local detailer reviews the vehicle. We'll always communicate changes before performing work.
Service area
Active service is currently available in Prior Lake and the Twin Cities, Minnesota. Coverage expands as additional vetted local detailers join in new markets. Outside active markets, requests are added to a notification list and customers are emailed when service opens nearby.
Cancellations
Subscriptions are month-to-month and can be paused or canceled at any time. One-time appointments can be rescheduled with reasonable notice.
SMS terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive transactional text messages from BLACK about your booking, for example payment confirmation, detailer match, and schedule notices. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies and depends on your booking activity. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe; reply HELP for help, or email hello@mobilevehicledetail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is operated for BLACK by Twilio; opt-outs are honored globally for the number you provide.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, BLACK and the independent detailers it works with are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Detailers are vetted before joining and carry their own insurance where required.
