Stripe processing (~2.9% + $0.30/txn) applies on both tiers and is deducted from the transfer to your connected account, not from the platform fee.
How customers pay
Closed-loop payments.
Every active booking flows through Stripe Checkout. The customer pays up front; the platform holds the funds until the job is completed; then a transfer lands in your Stripe Express account. You don't bill the customer directly and you don't handle cash for platform-sourced jobs.
